Touched By Cancer, Embraced By Love:

When one of us is touched by cancer, we are all touched by cancer.  A cancer diagnosis affects the patient, his or her family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, church and community.  While a newly diagnosed person might feel alone, in reality, many travel the journey with them.  Loved ones, physicians, surgeons, nurses, technicians, dieticians, researchers, ministers, counselors, and a host of others are all at work to help bring about positive outcomes.  God does send his angels.

The Cancer Network of Hope is the local resource for those just beginning the journey and for those who have been down the road a bit and want to help others who are just beginning to discover what cancer is and means.

The Network of Hope offers a variety of resources such as prayer supporters, encouragers, advocates, navigators, support groups for persons with specific cancers, education, support for family and caregivers, and much more.  Caring persons are dedicating themselves to helping others with practical resources to help with the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of cancer survivors.

(Definition:  A survivor is any person and his or her loved ones from the moment they learn of the cancer diagnosis.)
